The building

A timber ‘Finlodge’ Scandinavian system was chosen for robust design, aesthetic qualities and eco-friendly principles. Solid log throughout and a storm-proof roofing system make for the perfect Hebridean hide-away. An electric heating system has been chosen that minimises carbon emissions, produces no fumes and probably results in the "cosiest" cabin in the Hebrides. Just ask Kenny "Tween" and "Kiwi" Al – they built it !

Three bedrooms en-suite, (2 double and 1 twin ). All interiors are finished to the highest posible specification. In addition, a unique collection of original artwork and creative artefacts are tastefully exhibited. Landscaping, tree planting and stone wall building is ongoing, though every effort is made to ensure all elements of the site maintain harmony within the unique Hebridean environment.
